Warehouse let and Investment Sold

Merrifields were instructed to seek a purchaser for warehouse premises at Chiswick Avenue Mildenhall. Following a review of the property, market conditions and the needs of tenants and purchasers Merrifields advice was to secure a tenant and then market the property as an investment with the benefit of the new lease. Terms were agreed for the letting and a sale was agreed on completion of the lease to a property company in January 2018.
