Vicon House sold to West Suffolk Council

Acting for Citygate Developments a regional property investment company and owners of Vicon House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds, Merrifields were appointed joint agents with Bidwells to sell the freehold investment. Merrifields marketed the property targeting regional and national investors. Following good interest in the property, the premises were sold to West Suffolk Council as a strategic investment purchase.
