Town Centre Shop Sold

Merrifields were asked to advise the trustees on the best way of selling the shop. Following an agreement with the tenant to vacate and planning being granted for a change of use to the shop to a house Merrifields marketed the property and a sale was agreed to the delight of the trustees.
