Town centre offices under management

Merrifields have been appointed by the freeholders of office premises in Whiting Street Bury St Edmunds to mange the property on their behalf. Merrifields previously provided advice in respect of the end of a previous lease on the property and letting terms to the current tenant. Merrifields will undertake rent collection, placement of insurance and regular inspections to make sure the landlord and tenant are complying with their lease covenants to promote a good landlord and tenant relationship.
