Substantial Warehouse SOLD in Mildenhall

Merrifields have sold Alpha One in Mildenhall to JKH Drainage Ltd. Merrifields were appointed to find a purchaser for Alpha One a substantial warehouse located on Holbourn Avenue in Mildehall. The building provides about 47,500 sq ft including main warehouse (6.75m eaves), two ancillary warehouse areas and an office/ancillary block. Merrifields secured an off-market sale to the adjacent landowners JKH Drainage who have bought the Warehouse to expand their operations.
