Strong demand for Warehouse

Following instructions to market a modern detached warehouse at Howlett Way Thetford and following strong local demand the warehouse has been let on a new lease to a local business.

Since the duelling of the A11 the demand for warehouse and manufacturing space in Thetford has improved significantly. Supply is now low and as such their is upward pressure on rents in the area.
