Following a long period on the market with another agent Merrifields have successfully let 88 Newmarket Road in Bury St Edmunds to Formula 1 Auto Centres. The deal involved the acquisition of an adjoining site, a surrender of the previous tenants lease and detailed negotiations in respect of dilapidations, reinstatement and the new tenant’s works. The tenant is currently fitting out and hopes to start trading very soon.
