Office Letting Completed in Newmarket

Merrifields have just completed on a new office letting in Newmarket with Exclusive Networks UK Limited a global IT security firm taking the first floor space of 6/7 Kings Court, Newmarket.
The company approached Merrifields late 2017 as they required more space due to their expanding Newmarket arm of the business.
After being informed of a new lease not being entered into by the now former tenant of this building, the agency and management departments were able to work together to have the space refurbish and agree a new lease with Exclusive Networks to take occupation.
