Following a recent instruction, Merrifields have just completed on the sale of Miro House a modern detached 12,000 sq ft industrial investment located on Western Way in Bury St Edmunds. Following good initial interest, a private investor approached Merrifields and a deal was structured that benefitted both the owners and purchaser.
