Former school and offices sold for residential use

Merrifields advised the owners of the Old School and Lodge in Eastgate Street in Bury St Edmunds about the best way of disposing of the properties. Advise was given to apply for planning consent for residential use for the Old School. Following planning being granted the property was marketed and a high level of interest was shown. A sale of both properties was agreed to a developer who is in the process of converting the properties for residential use.
