Breckland Retail Park under construction

Construction of Breckland Retail Park in Thetford is underway. The first steel frame is being erected for the new 25,000 sq ft B&M store. Construction is due for completion, with tenants taking occupation, by Easter 2019. Merrifields previously sold the site to the developer and have since the advised the developer by heading up a team of professionals to deliver planning and occupiers for the new retail scheme. Two units remain available for occupiers to commence trading in 2019.
