High Profile Office Service charge management

Merrifields were appointed in Summer 2020 to undertake service charge management of this prominently located office building when it became multi-occupied. The Property Management had been undertaken by the client but following a reorganisation of tenant responsibilities Merrifields were appointed to manage the service charge including budget preparation, running accounts, overseeing risk assessments, planned preventative and reactive maintenance. Following a tenant failure during the Covid Pandemic Merrifields agency team have been appointed to act as letting agents.
