Following successful negotiations and liaising with other professional advisers Merrifields were able to broker a deal and secure the building. Merrifields were appointed to let the vacant industrial buildings and as well as manage the income producing asset for the client. Through good estate and asset management Merrifields have been able to secure good quality tenants for the Estate and the estate has been re-branded the Sharon Road Trade Park. New lettings and rent reviews have increased rental income and ultimately added value for the client.
